Ventilation & Weather Protection

Why is attic ventilation so important?

Proper ventilation prevents overheating, moisture buildup, mold, and shingle deterioration. We install intake (soffit) and exhaust (ridge) vents to regulate airflow—a breath of fresh air for your entire roofing system.

Do you install ice & water protection and underlayment?

Absolutely. These hidden layers are critical. They shield your home from ice dams, wind-driven rain, and roof deck rot. We use premium synthetic underlayment and install ice & water protection in all high-risk areas.

Storm Damage & Insurance Claims

Do you help with storm damage and insurance claims?

Yes. It’s one of our specialties. From free inspections to claim documentation and meeting with adjusters, we stand by your side like a lioness shielding her cubs. We ensure your claim reflects true damage, not shortcuts.

What are Class 3 and Class 4 impact shingles, and why are they important in Georgia?

They’re shingles designed to withstand hail, debris, and wind-driven impacts better than standard roofing. While Georgia isn’t a top hail state, we still get surprise hailstorms and falling branches from summer winds.
Class 4 is the highest level, and it's becoming more popular in metro Atlanta.

Do insurance companies in Georgia offer discounts for Class 3 and 4 roofs?

Yes, some do. Discounts may not be automatic or publicly advertised, but many Georgia providers offer discounted premiums if you install a Class 3 or 4 rated roof. You just need to call and confirm with them and we will help you give them proper documentation.

How much can I save with a Class 3 or 4 roof in Georgia?

Depending on your location, carrier, and policy, you can sometimes save anywhere from 5% to 15% on your homeowner’s insurance annually. Over 10–15 years, that can add up to hundreds or even thousands of dollars, not to mention fewer out-of-pocket storm repair costs.

Is it worth upgrading to Class 3 or 4 if hail isn’t constant here?

Yes, especially if:
-
You plan to stay in your home 5+ years
-
You live in tree-heavy or rural areas with storm risk
-
You want fewer repairs after wind/hail
-
You’re looking for a long-term, worry-free roofing solution

Even if your insurance doesn’t offer a discount, the added protection and resale value can still make it worthwhile.

Maintenance, Warranties & Peace of Mind

Do you offer roof inspections or maintenance plans?
Yes! Like any strong den, your roof needs regular attention. We offer annual maintenance plans that help prevent surprise repairs and extend your roof’s life.
What kind of warranties do you offer?
We provide:
-
50 year warranty on material
-
25 year warranty on workmanship
-
Full system warranties that cover installation, tear-off, and disposal when applicable.
